SCHEDULE CHANGE!!! The wrestling dual Thursday has been bumped up an hour due to a scheduling conflict for Platteview. We will wrestle the girls dual at 5:00 PM then the boys dual immediately after.

This afternoon, several of our High Ability Learner (HAL) students in grades 6-8 competed in Quiz Bowl, winning 18 to 5 over Bancroft-Rosalie! Great work! 👏 #cadetpride⚔️

On Friday, Dec 13th all 9th grade students will attend NECC's Career Day in Norfolk. Students will load the bus at 9:50 and return by 2:15. Lunch is provided. Please remind your student to dress for the weather and to wear decent walking shoes.

Here is the schedule for the JV/Varsity games at Stanton on Tuesday, December 10th. Please note that the varsity girls start at 4:30 PM and the varsity boys is at 6:00 PM! Varsity Girls: 4:30 PM – HS gym JV Boys: 4:30 PM– MS gym ​Varsity Boys: 6:00 PM – HS gym JV Girls: 6:00 PM – MS gym (2 quarters)

The JV girls name today vs Yutan will be 2 quarters. We will start the varsity girls game early. We anticipate the varsity girls game to begin around 2:00 PM.

On Tuesday, JAG students hosted a booth at the West Point Christmas Festival! 🎄 The students loved the opportunity to volunteer time to the community, where they made bracelets, created candy cane ornaments, and played ‘pin the carrot on Olaf'! #cadetpride⚔️

Earlier this week, our JAG classes welcomed SFC Keith Jorgensen from the Nebraska Army National Guard! Thank you for taking time to visit with our students! #cadetpride⚔️

58 Years Ago in Cadet History… The 1966-1967 Sweetheart Dance saw Ladell Daberkow and Richard Reiman crowned Queen & King! The Senior Awards that year honored seniors and their scholarships that they were awarded for their future plans! #throwbackthursday #cadetpride⚔️

The FAFSA is now open! Seniors and parents must create their FSA ID accounts before completing the FAFSA. Our Financial Aid/FAFSA night is scheduled for January 21st. Come any time between 5:30 and 7 for assistance or to ask questions.

24 Years Ago in Cadet History… The 2000-2001 Cadet Wrestling Team had another exciting and busy season! The team sent 3 wrestlers to state that season: senior Pete Goudie, junior Mike Maxwell, and junior Tom Goulette Jr., with Tom taking home 4th place at state! #throwbackthursday #cadetpride⚔️

Please submit an application with documentation showing enrollment in college to Mrs. Knaak (dknaak@wpcadets.net) by December 15th. Class of 2024 grads only need to submit their enrollment verification.
