Please help us extend a warm welcome to our new Activities Secretary, Katrina Kreikemeier! “I am originally from the Norfolk area, but have been in the Snyder/West Point area for the last two years. I got married in February to Lyle Kreikemeier, and became a ‘transplant’ to the area. I have my Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Administrative Assistance. I have worked for a law firm as a legal secretary, a door control for a jail, a clerk for a sheriff's office, and an assistant clerk for the criminal division at a courthouse. I can now say I am the Activities Secretary for West Point Public Schools, and so far am loving it! I love the fast pace of the day, and can't wait to meet all of you here at West Point Public Schools. I am not the best at remembering names, so bear with me! Complete Online Registration - ALL families, returning and new, must complete online registration to make sure information is up to date! 2. Apply for Free and Reduced Lunch or make a Lunch Deposit in your Parent Portal 3. Pay the $30 Computer Fee in your Parent Portal *Students will not be able to bring home their computers until fee is paid!*

Homecoming 2024 will be Friday, September 13th vs Bishop Neumann. Kick-off will be at 6:00 PM with coronation and dance to follow.

Today we celebrated the last day of summer school by watching a movie at the theatre! These 23 kids had PERFECT ATTENDANCE by attending all 15 days of classes! That is not easy to do with so much going on in the summer, so please congratulate them for working so hard each and every day!

4 Years Ago in Cadet History… The COVID-19 Pandemic cut the year short, but the students sent in lots of great photos to fill the yearbook with memories from the 2019-2020 school year! #ThrowbackThursday

Our offices will be open on July 29th from 8am to 6pm to assist with online registration for both new and existing students. Remember, online registration must be completed before the first day of school. Translators will also be available to assist. See you there!

Sports physical packets are available in the office to pick up. These forms are also available on our website. You can drop off the paper copies at the High School Office, or there is a place on Infinite Campus you can upload them to the student's profile. These forms need to be turned in before any student is allowed to practice. If your student is in high school, the NSAA form also needs to be filled out, which is provided in the packet at the office, and is also on the website.

Lacey Carvajal was a selected winner in the Nebraska School Nutrition Association Art Contest! She was presented a plaque, a large poster of her artwork, and the artwork was featured on the cover of the program for the 65th Annual Nebraska School Nutrition Association Conference in June. Congratulations, Lacey!
