Bringing the forecast to life! 🌦️ This morning our 4th Grade students got to listen to a presentation from Jade Steffens, a meteorologist from WOWT Channel 6 (Omaha). She shared lots of information about the weather and what it is like working at her job. The 4th graders did a great job asking lots of questions, too! ☀️⛈️

7th Grade FCS students have been working the past few days on a cupcake challenge! 🧁 All students worked in small groups to design a cupcake and frosting recipe. They then prepared/baked these cupcakes to appeal to teachers’ liking, and set up a taste testing station in the teachers’ lounge. The kids have put a lot of work into this and are really excited to see what the teachers think - for a lot of these kids, this is the first time that they have made something completely from scratch!

Mr. Kile’s Digital Media Class created a list of general trivia questions for a video project. This afternoon, they filmed them asking the questions to various teachers and students around the school! How well would you answer these on the spot? If you think you know any of the answers, let us know in the comments! ⬇️
