Maxwell drives daily for our morning and afternoon routes. Mrs. Maxwell also drives many of our activities and is the person behind the camera taking pictures at many of our events!

The West Point-Beemer Class of 2023 had graduation practice and a graduation walk through the halls of the school today!
We want to wish each of our seniors the best of luck on all of their future endeavors!

Congratulations to the students from West Point-Beemer who were awarded the Spring NCPA Academic All-State Award! Please see attachment for the list of students.
In order to be nominated a student-athlete must fit this criteria:
1. A nominated student must be a varsity player or organizational leader who has played a significant role on the team or in the organizational activity during the seasons for which nominations are accepted.
2. A nominated student must have a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average, in all curricular subjects, of 93% or 3.7 on a 4.0-point scale or the equivalent.
3. NSAA high schools or their cooperative sponsorship may nominate a maximum of two students per NSAA activity program.

BUS DRIVER APPRECIATION!
Mr. Steve Conrad has been driving for West Point Public Schools for 21 years! Mr. Conrad is a "jack of all trades" when it comes to driving! He is the main driver of our RED route, drives most (if not all) of the field trips, and drives to many activities throughout the year!

Congratulations to the 13 West Point-Beemer sixth graders who participated in the Pender Honor Band on Monday, May 1st.
Reminders for Seniors and Parents: Senior last day is tomorrow (Tuesday). Students need to be sure to bring all school owned books, computers, chargers, etc. Wednesday at 8:15 is the senior breakfast with graduation practice to follow. Seniors DO need to bring their cap/gown/stole/tassel to practice as we will be taking group photos!
