NEW SCHOOL RECORD!!
Congratulations to West Point-Beemer Sophomore, Mia Hunke, who set a new school record in the 300 meter hurdles yesterday at the North Bend Invitational!
The previous record was held by Laura Langemeier and was set at the State Meet in 2006 with a time of 45.929.
The new record that Mia set yesterday at North Bend was a time of 45.916.
Another fun fact about the record, Mia also passed up her mom, Holly Hunke, who was 2nd on the list from 1995 in Districts!

Mammal March Madness winners!! Students read about the animal’s characteristics, habitats, and other interesting facts. From that information, they pick winners for each round.
